Desk--screen,
keyboard and mouse.

Headache--pulsing,
right eye throbbing.

Tension--sore
neck and shoulders

Hands--numb fingers,
wrists on fire.

Mind--wandering;
sleepy and distracted.

Waiting--five o'clock,
weekend, retirement.

Life--wasted,
nothing accomplished.

World--rotting,
